Does the company need the 70 million? Yes!

Is it in the Puntland Gov's interest for Range to fail?

Will hedge and other funds underwrite a high risk, non performing, manipulated stock to the tune of 70 million without large incentive bonus's? No!

Considering the time and difficulty involved in raising the 20 million, how much harder will it be to convince insto's to take a far larger risk? Funds and insto's have very strict criteria for investing, despite contrary belief. They would rather pay more for a sure thing.
