I think all this talk about shorting and squeezing is a bit silly. Shorting is a symptom of a problem with the companies fundamentals. ASM hasn't performed because nothing was happening over the last 12-18 months. It was virtually radio silence. The share price suffered. Now we are getting some positive news so fundamentals are changing. Ultimately I will be happy when we start to see more actual revenue on the P&L and it now looks like it's happening.
I also think charting is bollocks 98% of the time. It only works for highly traded, high volume stocks. Lower volume stuff like ASM there is no point because a dozen trades can massively impact the outcome on a day to day basis and things can be manipulated. That is my two cents but to each his own. Whatever works for you!
