"as legitimate a strategy as going long"......please
The intentional manipulation of a share price to destroy not only investor's capital, but also potentially destroy a company itself, is NOT the same as buying a company for long term growth.
It's an absolute farce the way share price manipulation is carried out on the ASX. And shame on the ASX and ASIC etc for allowing it to happen.
Anyone with half a brain can see the shares that are toyed with to affect this garbage. Yet they do NOTHING.
