If you don't look at the course of sales on particular shares, where there is selling of 1 or 2 shares (literally) REPEATEDLY and think that there is not share price manipulation, then you live in a fantasy land.
Trading of shares where the total share purchase is less than a dollar (at times) to bump prices down....but no....that's not manipulation
