it is what it is while manipulation is illegal shorting isnt this senate enquiry would of been perfect time to do it in 2013 but they didnt. where we choose to invest our money should be up to us and not have some slimy brokers want to eventually steal the capital wealth of everyday investors is just a vile human behaviour. Intell it's illegal we have to live with it. Long term asm will rise can't keep a cap on it forever Intill asm is sending the metals to these company's next and we get the revenue it's still just binding paper agreements .
