Hats off to you. From what I understand, they literally pick the easiest ones to investigate, or the ones which get the most spotlight. You can understand that if they don't have any evidence and no foreseeable way of getting such evidence, then there's not point in wasting time. But surely, if we all make reports of suspicious trading activity then it will help. They all get logged and categorised, and metrics are created. If not today, a history of suspicious activity might be enough to get some wheels in motion for a thorough investigation.
