You assume they all suddenly have to cover? Why? I held a short.positon in Tesla for over a year. .you just pay a borrowing fee that indeed will go up if the borrowing market tightens.
Please don't put false arguments in my mouth I never made. I said the short shares represent 3.44% of outstanding shares. That is correct and factual, not opinion or assumption and it is a comparatively low level to both ASM's history and plenty of other loosely comparable resources companies.
I am very positive on my statements on ASM wider business developments, because I genuinely think it has great prospects.
