@electronboy74 The interpretation and application of the data to come to the measurement is where the theory lies.
Regardless, your chart proves my point. Less frequent measurement of points in historical time periods = less volatile graph then which misleads people into thinking things are worse very recently or now than they have ever been, as a result of measuring time points every second of every day now and measuring more accurately now than ever before.
