The "Investment Summary" at the top sounds very encouraging to me. The previous management that should have raised capital (anywhere in the $6 plus region) is long gone and there is hope the current management will succeed in getting the necessary capital.
From my viewpoint I am now just sitting back with a watchful eye on developments, we certainly have the resources to succeed.
