We need offtakes from Dubbo to attract a sizeable loan. Dubbo and regional surrounds has a sizeable indigenous population and I am sure that ASM will also employ greater than 20% indigenous.
It does seem like we were out of the gate first but have yet to turn into the straight and are falling further behind the field.
