Probably not for Dubbo but this is a perfect opportunity for a metals plant in the NT. That should receive funding and the Government can guarantee supply of feedstock through ARU. The NT could instantly become the hub of the alternative supply for critical metals. Jobs, royalties, would surely go a long way to fixing the issues in the Territory now.
