Price trying to break out at $4.40 (unsuccessfully so far) and then the previous high at $4.49 to make a double bottom. Very low volume - no conviction - market maybe waiting for some more announcements around the fundamentals/business plan (not the subject of TA thread). Or tax loss selling (CR was at a higher price) or Sell in May....
