We had expected the traditional model of off-takes leading to funding but in this case the off-takers first wanted a clear line to funding to be demonstrated. With EXIM (US), EDC (Canada) and EFA (AU) now formally expressing interest in providing some $1.5B of funding, I expect the offtakes to soon follow, in turn leading to FID for Dubbo and maybe a new metals plant to boot! ASM management can put their money where their mouth is once the deals are done and dusted!
