In Aug 2020, the ATO Class Ruling post demerger:

'The first element of the cost base and reduced cost of your Alkane shares would therefore be allocated83.97% to your Alkane Resources shares and 16.03% to your ASM shares after the Demerger.'

At a 1:5 split per share post demerger that ought to be something like:

ALK: $1.19413
ASM: $1.13962

If you were a foreign investor you faired a bit better, receiving ASM: $1.25.
