To organise a possible new funding avenue and the possibility of a US plant with grants is due to Rowena and her team flying around the world negotiating , another waste of time apparently according to giraffe boy lol, and not enough for all the bored boomers sipping on their sundowners every evening demanding more action hahahaha, honestly.

BTW, the price of NdPr drove the SP to $14, not the Koreans, or David bloody Woodall. It's the same reason that the SP is where it is today.
