Yes, very easy to write out a number of points about what was supposed to happen but did not eventuate.

In fact a large portion of what you've pointed out is attributed to the same problem... low demand and low prices. Management can't fix that, so they're adapting, very well in fact. They have opened up a new avenue with US relations, allowing them to follow the natural direction of this famous "alternate supply chain". They are expanding the flowsheet, optimising it to accommodate DOD needs. They are ready to build a second plant to accommodate the predicted (not here yet!!) increase in demand for REs. I see nothing wrong with any of the current plan.

The only thing that is a problem, is the SP..... do management control the SP? Are there other RE companies doing any better? Are there magnet producers doing well at the moment ? What's analysts consensus on RE mining and the outlook for 2025?.....Has ANY OF THIS, got to do with management?

With two metals plants, and Dubbo producing pre 2030, ASM will be a significant contender on the international stage. Either you believe this statement or not.
