why did they build the KMP if there's low demand/prices? management can fix that by 1) not being unrealistically bullish 2) conserving cash instead of burning it into KMP which produces nothing and sells nothing but has ongoing operating costs.

no the SP is not the only problem. it is a problem but it's also a symptom of many other problems.
