Whilst I appreciate the cost concerns for capex and opex ...and that the Aust. Govt are helping support the cost of the ongoing studies ( and I think Exim has say it may as well ) , it seems to read that the next stage would be to construct a Pilot Plant to test the Atmospheric Leaching Process .
Again ..necessary , but comes with the inevitable time delay !
However ...and put in perspective , Dubbo is the "long term long life "part of ASM having raw materials .
Getting the KMP with Offtake Contracts , ramped up or replicated ...and sourcing other rare earth raw materials meantime , seems to be the key .
The relationship with the US Govt --somewhat "ensures " raw materials WILL be sourced ..a matter of having to !

In some ways ..and harking back to the original spin -off from ALKANE ...seems its somewhat of a mirror image of where ALKANE is presently at , with ramping up and increased production/revenue at Tomingley ...and Boda/ Kaiser as a very big gold/copper Porphyry discovery past PFS and now going thru the process of increasing the resource and all the environmental/government processes before determining its mining future .
