Newbie has stimulated some interesting thoughts in this recent thread ,,,so a bit more viewing here !

Whilst its obviously USA production support based ..and some large part of it is to do with Samarian , the overall focus is the absolute bind that the USA , particularly the Dept of Defense ,is in to keep getting its hands on critical minerals .
As Newbie alluded to ...maybe Trump and China "ease of " on tariff tensions ..and the can is kicked further down the road on the current problem .
But this isn't just a spotfire ..its a bushfire !
Lets hope that the three WHITE PAPERS that ASM has submitted to the US Dept of Defense , the capabilities of the KMP and the technology /processing improvements that Ansto/ Bechtel for Toongi , are all increasing in pace for partnerships to be announced quite soon.
