The focus should be on market cap, not share price. You can't use SP as a metric to compare with peers. Telling me company A has a SP of $7 and company B has a SP of $100 means absolutely nothing about value. Every company has a unique number of securities/shares on issue e.g. LYC has 6.5X more shares on issue than ASM. On that note, talking about a crazy SP of $100 for ASM may not actually be that crazy. A SP of $100 would be $14bil MC for ASM. With the KMP nearing fruition + MP2 + MP3 etc + Dubbo + scarcity of RE materials etc, what rank would you slot ASM in the list of miners/resource companies on the ASX? By all means not this year, but may be plausible in the next 2-5 years. Just something to think about for those that see a SP of "$100" as absurd, especially when the SOI is miniscule.
