Surprisingly good end to the day, but impossible to believe the turnaround was just the result of a change in sentiment a couple of hours after trading began. I told @wizzlesticks that I would stop posting about market manipulation and HFT for a while, but that is over now. Still haven't seen him "getting on with business", either. Will be interesting to see what today's short volume as a percentage of the total traded volume is. Started writing a little script in MATLAB to analyze course of sales data a while ago but kind of lost interest, might have to revisit that with today's data.
