Chlor-alkali plants traditionally work on a constant energy source such as from fossil fuels as the electrochemical cells can't be turned off.

I suspect the SKs now have technology that allows electrochemical processing to occur from a 100% renewable energy source. I thought solar as well but it can also come from thermal or wind. The technology is out there, that when no energy is available the plant puts iteself in stasis. Huge technology. In addition to the share price I imagine the companies ESG score will go through the roof.
