I think we are mostly past the speculative phase which to me was prior to acquisition of Ziron Tech
but I guess you mean finalisation of funding for DZP & offtakes?
KMP is being commissioned - it is not speculative IMHO
The original pilot plant is being used right now to produce end product samples & will continue to be used for titanium metallisation
Even if DZP is never mined KMP WILL generate substantial profits AND has the potential to become the leading metallisation operation of REE & critical materials for decades
