Omicron & talk of US Fed bond buying being tapered sooner rather than later, linked to inflation, are all apparently spooking market traders and short term investors

It's not what anyone wants to see & if many valuations and SPs are based on central bank & government policies than markets could be in for a rough time over coming months

ASM & many other quality companies may move into discounted territory or continue to slide for months or years

Add in Evergrande & general number fudging from CCP & the sky does appear to be showing stress fractures pointing to a massive world wide economic winter & prolonged bear market ahead

Many will be selling ASM & other quality businesses, hoping to time a better entry point ideally as close to the bottom as possible

It can be a rewarding exercise & obviously professionals aim to trade & buy in gloom ready to sell in boom

Others will keep accumulating on dips, looking for low points or simply dollar cost average and remain invested for years patiently awaiting dividends and significant capital gains

Many of us intend to pass on
ASM shares to our children but this is many decades away for me

    Good luck trading & timing

It can be exhilarating, exciting and excruciatingly painful but what a thrill!!!

Maybe this is a golden opportunity to sell ASM & wait for cheaper prices ?
