supply of ree to metals plant sorted, you expect programmed expansion of plant would be out the windows to full steam ahead ( was it already full steam ahead ?) , if power is available as they could need around 60 megawatt an hour 24/7 .. and wind turbines on property at Dubbo. don't know if that would be an option in that area, 10 wind turbines would make a big impact to bottom line, it seems power cost in sth k is less than here, maybe 40%+ cheaper, unless I'm reading those stat's incorrectly
