I m so proud of Scott Boland in the cricket, he is such a humble, decent bloke who has risen from the ashes to make something of a rare opportunity and I think he is the epittamy of a real Australian. I salute this bloke.
He has done more for Australian indigenous relations than all the billions of dollars spent and billions of words spoken shoving beliefs down our throats constantly by the way he has conducted himself and his displays of humility playing with his mates on an equal basis..

I think ASM have made a good choice and we will see how this fine lady progresses in the role and I am sure she will do well.
I would have no objections to the full board being women.
As long as the job gets done and we have honest, frank and capable management at ASM I am happy
