it will be most likely instos if they willing to take on the risk to sell in hope for buying more at a lower price. However this may backfire as it is difficult to buy back what u sell especially if it a large volume. As both retailers and instos are looking to accumulate.
. But for sure shorters are doing everyone a favour by by letting instos and also retailers accumulate more.
so even if it does fill the gap lots of instos and retailers will be very happy.
they can only fill the gap if either instos and or retailers sell but looks like there is resistance.
