Hi @Lureman, Maybe ASM will inspire a migration rush to Dubbo. Do you know what the Dubbo land estate is called and what are the block sizes (are they handkerchiefs)? It would be nice to have a place near Toongi, so I can soon marvel at the Mine and associated activities as I grow older and somewhat more demented. Also, are there local contractors for the residential building work around Dubbo, and any idea of the build cost (approx) for basic new 4BR 2 x LUG? I am just wondering how regional build cost compares with rampant Sydney prices?
