I reckon the price is stalling as many not willing to sell with pending news. And those looking to buy retailers might have already accumulated what they Can as for the instos they don’t want to buy unless it is line up as don’t want to push up the price with low volumes. I am interested in the current breakdown between the instos and the retailers and who the top instos that are currently.
