Duckman ... it is a "dog stock" but only relative to its highs and the opportunity cost for those who bought high.
When the end of short-selling is in sight it could well be the opposite of a dog stock for buyers at newly emerging lows.
The need now is to define when the shorts start to become exhausted (covering) and when the median price trend starts to turn up.
I will post my weekly chart to deal with this last point (trend downturn or upturn) after today's close.
My median chart is a "slow learner" (often taking time to discern change) so catching the best lows is not guaranteed.
