I've written several letters to ASX, ASIC and even the Federal Treasurer on the issue of shorting/manipulation along the lines of today's action. I received an acknowledgement from ASIC who completely misunderstood the issue. No response from the others.. The "man in the street" is a forgotten species. Big money talks.
