Thats why I wished Petra would look after the price. I imagine there are plenty of examples where the share price trades less than the entitlement offer, one example was the 1 in 5 offer for Alkane shares back in 2016, to which there was a shortfall. What we really need is for Petra to take part of their 3% and ensure the price remains at a healthy premium (i.e. 20% plus during the entitlement period).
