I feel the comment would be a lot more helpful if it was specific e.g. no demersals between ____ period. (A practice in fisheries management).

Otherwise it's like the green comment. No Nuclear - No Forestry - Free Love. Less than useful / intelligent. Implying a lack of depth understanding and/or effort thereof, of the topic. Ask Andrew Symons*, Ettingshousen , Paddy Dangerfield or Matty Hayden.
