IMHO those who are suggesting that the Directors should be buying, to show confidence, you do not understand their legal position.
They are privy to a lot of confidential inside information. To trade in the company they would be breaking the insider trading laws.
I know that many think that various boards do this but I believe that ASM has an ethical board who will not go down this path.
I am sure that IG in particular would love to do damage to the shorters, IMHO he is biding his time.
