    I am pretty sure that the buyers are stumped at present. They have run out of sellers willing to sell their stock at current prices, but the buyers are trying to hold back from pushing the price up. Reality is they are going to have to pay up. There is a real lack of free float. That may change when the new stock is registered but I doubt it
