    With Hyundai having first crack at EPCD costing, my bet is that they will hive some pretty hefty slices out of the overall costings and run those sections/processes themselves or through a subs. I'd have to go back through my notes, but from memory my thoughts were that energy costs/infrastructure was likely to be separated out, as well as one other major cost unit (as I said I can't remember the detail now...). My view is that ASM will only be required to come up with some smaller part of the $1.7B (still hefty but more achievable for a coy of the size of ASM), through equity, debt, and 2 x Govt grants/loans.

    Mind you, at a SP of $14 would have been a sight easier raising that sort of coin! smile.png
