That's just the CSPA (closing single price auction). Happens every day between 4:00 and 4:10, with overlapping buy and sell orders executed at 4:10. Higher bids and lower offers are given priority, which is why orders are placed with higher buy prices and lower sell prices (relative to the SP at which the stock was most recently traded) than you see during normal trading. Hope that makes sense, but if it doesn't, just do a search for "closing single price auction".
