You have made some very spot on posts in the last few days , Ranganuts ......starting with this one , about the very good Quarterly . Several other posters ( me for one ) agreed !
Surprise has followed by the Trading Halt .. for the Capital Raise ...not so much that its happened , but NOW ..and the outlined purpose under the mandate to Bell Potter , largely for feedstock for the KMP !
South Korea screaming for the support of critical metals ..as is the rest of the world ...and ASM has the technology , and the near term Operating Plant in South Korea .!!!!
It is now "utterly confusing "to the average investor , that ASM is raising cash ( for this purpose ) ...when you would think that Komir , under the existing Agreement ...would /should just stump up that cash , for the OFFTAKE material !!!??
The Corporate Presentation 'laid out the facts "with the revised time lines ...but no change ( down grade ) to the revenue figures !If anything , the Offtake revenues should be increasing !
ASM need to get on the front foot ...and clarify where they are at with their deal with KOMIR , the South Korean Consortium and the negotiations with other Offtakers !
Investors are in a vacuum !!! In all honesty , I don't know whether to hold , or add!!! Too late to sell , at a CR of $1.73 !!!
Hope someone at BELL POTTER looks at this Forum ..or perhaps Ian Gandel or Rowena Smith ...and can provide some clarity of the CR .
Suffice to say that we are at "reality time "....the fantasy land forecast under the previous MD is past, and substance versus rainbow promises is well and truly over !
The "gut feel "guess , is that its now a screaming buy ..at $1.73 or if it dips lower ...but that's been the sentiment for far, far too long .
Never advice ...just an observation ...and each buyers or seller uses their own knowledge /opinion / conviction !
