    i think that you are correct about the 2 weeks, but I think the countdown is from the date that he applied to participate in the placement. if that is the case we may see an announcement late next week. a positive announcement at that time would also help the uptake of the SPP.

    he may opt not to participate in the SPP as that would only be small pickings for him.
