as i've mentioned before, board and management have no experience working in asia. couldn't get financing, couldn't get offtake, had to rely on on a bunch of frontmen (KCF) and see where this ends up - nowhere. should've just stuck to dealing with people you can understand (americans and europeans) or get some help with dealing with the asians. all those big hefty board and management appointments in 2021 for what? half have left. the other half are useless. get some bloody help and hire someone with the right connections in asia if you want anything done.
