Look at other exchanges like Chi - X. There is an order book here and you can place orders for sale prices without a restriction. Well that is through SAXO market accounts that is/
CommSec is a Market Participant of ASX Limited and Cboe Australia Pty Limited (formerly CHI-X Australia Pty Limited), a Clearing Participant of ASX Clear Pty Limited and a Settlement Participant of ASX Settlement Pty Limited.There are two exchanges where prices are placed. So look at Comsec order book and look at Chi- X. You will see on Chi-X higher prices.Access to only one book is a way to maniuplate the market.
