if ASM did build a plant in India, can you imagine how much quicker they could build and commission a plant this time? They could be commissioning by Christmas if they have already been working on a site location etc
The good thing with the metals plants, is that because they have to be pretty close to the end users ( from what I understand ) they will always be built in an already established area, such as a business hub, with all the required infrastructure already in place, this saves a huge amount of time and cost.
