Dubbo project has already been approved back in 2015. This is a Mod-1 approval which is a modification to the original approval to include the chlor-alkali plant and concentrator as well as the relocation of previously approved infrastructure components within the Project Site and also extended construction hours. Funding for the project is what ASM needs.
