1. Design a process for metallisation and determine what you can make. 2. Get approval to build a plant 3. Raise Capital & Build the plant 4. Identify potential customers 5. Approach the potential customers with a proposal and understand their needs and concerns.
a. Can you supply me with what I need? b. Are you reliable? c. Where are your oxides for the metals plant going to come from now? d. Are you solvent e. Are you able to guarantee supply, because if you can't and my current (Chinese) supplier cuts me off my business is *^&%$# f. Can you supply all / or just some of my needs? g Do you have any reference customers?
6. Overcome objections 7. Find a supply of Oxides 8. Raise capital to buy them 9. Sign off take agreements for oxide supply to Metals Plant 10. Get some orders to start the metals plant producing income ..................... 11. a dozen other steps that I haven't thought of ...
