Keeping it simple ASM rallied over 10% off a yearly low on high volume. Likely the downtrend is over. Easy money shorting is done.
President Xi is meeting Putin, a new cold war is starting. Rare earths are required in military hardware. US needs a Western supplier of rare earths. In my opinion ASM is a great bet for the next 5 years.
At any time there could be an announcement of increased government support/ funding to get into production. I would classify being short as dangerous.
