I can't see a takeover happen until they have some runs on the board. Sales, pathway to profit etc.
They need some sales from the plant. Or some repeat business from their one previous customer, (NK World)? That would at least give the market some semblance of confidence.
My focus is purely on the plant by the way. I think Dubbo is a different beast entirely and they will struggle to get an investment to build it until they have a income stream from the plant.
