I believe there has not been full discloure. And management will need to show they have acted in shareholder interest not Gandel or their own.
This is unacceptable 14 - 1.
Even if it crawls to 1.50 again I would like to see a class action against all management and an investigation. Many people have invested their money and a loss of 14-12 well that's one thing but 14 - 1 says abuse, neglect and poor management,.
The directors should be sued and blacklisted.
