yeah exactly what sensitive information didn't they provide? do you have evidence or are you expecting the lawyers to magic up some evidence? i dont think this is a worthwhile route if you dont have any evidence.
the best course of action for shareholders is to vote at the AGM to vote out directors, vote against the remuneration report etc. get rid of all the useless heads on the board. but it's hard to do anything else when IG controls the majority of shares.
