Mate, people on HC are the very same people that tracked short selling from 14 to 1 and thought the "big boys" and the "hands behind the scene" and "deep pockets" are driving the price down. If you want to do something, HC is not the right place to start. You would need to talk to a law firm, get an idea of what is needed and what you could get out of it and then you can gather others to sign up with you.
