Can't say I understand this, how does the author of the plot know what the 'demand' is. What does that even mean. Say I can't buy bread, just need one loaf, I go to a supermarket and put it on order, then go to another supermarket and put it on order there too, happy to hold it in the freezer if I end up getting too much, does that mean the demand has doubled?
